### 1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to **Infogini** (referred to as "we", "our", or "us"), owned and managed by **Raja Roy**, operating from **Madanpur, Chakdaha, Nadia, West Bengal, India**. ### 3. Payment Processing & Gateway
- All commercial payments and milestones for our services are processed securely through **Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.** ("Cashfree") and its authorized banking partners.
- We support online payment modes including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and approved Digital Wallets.
- Payments must be made in accordance with the milestones outlined in your written project proposal (typically a 50% advance to initiate architectural work and 50% upon staging review approval before domain deployment).
- We do not store your credit/debit card credentials on our servers; all transaction processing complies with PCI-DSS standards maintained by Cashfree.
### 4. Project Delivery & Timelines
Standard website projects are delivered electronically via cloud staging links within 5 to 14 working days depending on the project plan chosen and prompt client provision of text, logos, and revision feedback.
### 5. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes structured revision rounds as specified in your package. Once final sign-off is given and the project is deployed to your production domain, additional feature requests outside the agreed scope may incur reasonable hourly or fixed charges.
### 6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, graphic assets, and credentials created specifically for your project become your property. Infogini retains the right to display the completed work in our agency portfolio and case studies.
### 7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in **Nadia, West Bengal, India**.
