### 1. Fair Refund & Cancellation Policy
At **Infogini** (Proprietor: **Raja Roy**), we take immense pride in delivering top-tier website development, web applications, and digital marketing services. Because our work involves bespoke engineering and dedicated human design hours, our cancellation and refund terms are clearly structured to protect both parties.
### 2. Cancellation Terms
- **Prior to Project Kickoff**: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and before our team has begun requirement gathering and wireframe design, you are eligible for a **100% full refund** (minus any gateway transaction charges levied by Cashfree).
- **During Design & Prototyping Phase**: If you are dissatisfied with the initial design mockups, we will assign an alternate senior designer to provide a new conceptual direction. If an agreement cannot be reached, a **partial refund** will be issued after deducting verifiable hours spent on wireframes and research.
- **Post-Approval & Development Phase**: Once the design is approved by you and development has commenced on our staging server, payments made are non-refundable.
- **After Final Launch & Code Handover**: Once the project is deployed to your live domain and admin credentials/source code are delivered, refunds cannot be issued. However, every project includes our **30-day post-launch technical warranty** where our engineers fix any bugs or layout defects free of charge.
### 3. Refund Processing Time & Method (Cashfree Gateway)
- **Refund Approval**: Valid refund requests must be submitted in writing to **supprot@infogini.in** or via WhatsApp at **+91 9563242817** with your invoice number.
- **Turnaround Time**: Once approved, refunds are processed within **2 business days**.
- **Credit to Customer Account**: The refund amount will automatically be credited back to your **original payment method** (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI ID) via **Cashfree Payments** within **5 to 7 business days**, depending on your issuing bank's clearing cycle.
### 4. Cancellation by Infogini
In rare cases where a client fails to supply required materials or breaches communication protocols for more than 45 days, Infogini reserves the right to terminate the project and issue a proportional credit note.
